God has been gracious to us and has been with us through our journey of love and life. He has carried us through some of the most difficult times and has given us joy in the midst of sorrow. He has also been loving and given us abundant blessings. Most importantly, He has provided us with faith. May we share that faith with others.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
"God's gifts put man's best dreams to shame".

March 2026

For Christmas, I got Dave tickets to the last Purdue game of the season. We stayed at the Union Hotel. It was a great weekend get-away and also a great way to celebrate his birthday. It was the last home game of the season, so it was also senior night.

Luke had a field trip to a maple syrup farm and learned all how maple syrup is made.

Luke and Lilly earned a skating party because of their efforts raising money for the school's Walk-A-Thon.

Luke has been asking to eat octopus. We finally took a trip to the Asian market to buy some and I learned how to cook them.

January-February 2026

After the business of the holiday season, January and February seem slower and less hectic. However, we seemed to fill it with activities.

We signed Lilly up for her classes at CLHS. Hard to believe she will be a Freshman next year.

Luke's Operetta Joy Ride
He did a great job and sang his heart out! He knew all the motions.

Luke is a natural swimmer. He learns all the new strokes with ease. He got to ride on a kyak at the end of one of the classes.

Only picture I got at National Lutheran School's Week. Poor Luke was sick for most of it.

Lilly collected donations from a local dentist for her capstone project.

Lilly is the stage manager for the junior high production of Beauty and the Beast.
