God has been gracious to us and has been with us through our journey of love and life. He has carried us through some of the most difficult times and has given us joy in the midst of sorrow. He has also been loving and given us abundant blessings. Most importantly, He has provided us with faith. May we share that faith with others.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
"God's gifts put man's best dreams to shame".

February 2020

We started the month with a trip to Disney World, which is contained in separate blogs.
This month the kids enjoyed playing in the snow.  Liam made his debut on Concordia High School's production of  Fiddler of the Roof.  He did a great job!

Liam had his 6 month cardiologist appointment.
His numbers are stable, which makes us so happy!

Luke thought the carrot for the snowman looked tasty.

We got an update on our sponsor daughter from Kenya. She finally received her Christmas present from us.

Disney Vacation - Friday, February 7th – Travel Day

Disney Vacations are NEVER long enough.  We are always sad to go home.  We had great travelers on the way home.  Luke napped again on the plane and Liam and Lilly kept themselves occupied.

Disney Vacation - Thursday, February 6th – Epcot

Luke was not feeling well at all, so we let him sleep in.  The poor guy didn’t sleep well the night before because of his cold. Dave took the big kids with the rest of the family to breakfast at Askerhus.  They were able to enjoy a buffet and meet all the Disney Princesses.

Once Luke and I met everyone at Epcot, we went on Frozen Ever After.  Then Dave and Liam went on the new skyliner back to Galaxy’s Edge.  Liam wanted to see it one more time!  Lilly, Luke, Grandma and I did a couple more rides, including Nemo and Friends before I took Luke back to the hotel for a nap.  Lilly stayed with Grandma and explored Epcot.  We ended the night at Chef De France, one of our very favorite restaurants!  There wasn’t a show on the lake, due to the wind.  Severe Thunderstorms were moving in.  We did not hear the storms because we were so tired from so much excitement.  It was a magical week, one we will remember forever!
