We took a weekend trip with Chris, Jillian, Lorelei, Lucy Shively and Grandma Kusch to Pennsylvania. There is a Blue Green Time Share in Hershey. We decided it would be fun to take a weekend get-away. The kids always get along so well and there was something for everyone to enjoy.
On Thursday, we traveled to Hershey. We rented a van. We were impressed with the rest stops on I-80. The kids could run around and we were able to get Panera to eat. We arrived at the resort, ordered carry out and hung out at the resort. The kids swam and we planned the net day.
On Friday we started the day at the Botanical Gardens. They had a great butterfly exhibit. Then, we went to Hershey Park. The big kids enjoyed the roller coasters. Luke rode some of the small kid rides. We also visited the zoo. When its started to rain, we headed over to Hershey World, which was indoors. We had snacks and went on the ride that explains how chocolate is made. The big kids also got to make their own Hershey bar! It was a full, fun day!
