After a long flight to the Incheon airport and then a long taxi ride into Seoul to our hotel, we were ready for a good night’s sleep. Sleeping in a bed felt wonderful. We had 2 rooms. Grandma stayed with Liam and Lilly in one room and Dave and Tiffany stayed in the other. The rooms were nice.
The next morning we woke bright and early for a day full of sight-seeing. We walked from the hotel toward City Hall. We stopped at the famous I Seoul U sign for pictures. There was a festival in town, so we saw many extra things, such as floats. We toured the Gyeongbokgung Palace and then went to a cute Korean restaurant for lunch. We headed back to the hotel for some rest, since we weren’t quite on Korean time just yet.
