God has been gracious to us and has been with us through our journey of love and life. He has carried us through some of the most difficult times and has given us joy in the midst of sorrow. He has also been loving and given us abundant blessings. Most importantly, He has provided us with faith. May we share that faith with others.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
"God's gifts put man's best dreams to shame".

January 2022

Every year around Christmas time, we try to take the kids on "dates". Dave takes Lilly out and I take Liam out. Our Christmas season was so busy, we didn't have time to do it.  We decided to do it first thing in the New Year.  Dave took Lilly to Skyline and then to Coney Island, her favorite! Liam and I went to Biaggis to eat and then to see "Ghostbusters" at the movie theater.

With the cold weather and an active 4 year old, it is nice to have an activity to do indoors.  Science Central has been a great go to for the kids.

Luke had his 4 year pictures taken. He looked so handsome!

How did he fall asleep like that?

Napping during Liam's tutoring.

One of the projects we have been meaning to do... organizing Liam's LEGO collection. We finally got it done.

For Christmas I got Dave tickets to a Purdue basketball game.  We had a night away and stayed at the newly remodeled Union hotel.

The drive home - not another car in sight.

I got a crepe pan for Christmas, so of course I had to try it out.

Ah, it's nice to start the year with the basement project finished!

Basketball season came to a close with the end with a tournament. Lilly's team won. Liam's did not, but they played well and had an awesome season.

We made snow ice cream.

Luke is learning about patterns in school.

We took pictures of the kids at the start of the Olympics, just like we did two years ago to announce Luke's adoption.
