This was Dave's favorite day! There is no way to explain the majesty of the scenery. The pictures do not do it justice. We were disappointed when the captain said we would not be able to get close to the glacier because harbor seals were in the way. We were delighted when they moved and we were able to get close. We were able to see calving. It was surreal to see Luke swimming while we witnessed mountains and glaciers. There were also plenty of Disney characters on the top deck for picture opportunities. We almost fell like intruders to such a spectacle of nature, like it was a holy place, not meant to be interrupted.
