We started the day in this sweet, picturesque town with a tour of the Siegfried Mechanical Music Museum. It was astonishing! It was a museum of one family's private selection of machines that play music. Then, we shopped, dined and tried some Rudesheim coffee. We also faced our fears and rode a gondola up the side of the hill to take in the views. Next, we had a wine tasting of Reisling, which is grown in this part of Germany.
After returning to the ship we rode through the most beautiful part of the Rhine (Rhine Gorge), which included castles and sweet, little villages. We also saw Loreley rock.
