God has been gracious to us and has been with us through our journey of love and life. He has carried us through some of the most difficult times and has given us joy in the midst of sorrow. He has also been loving and given us abundant blessings. Most importantly, He has provided us with faith. May we share that faith with others.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
"God's gifts put man's best dreams to shame".

San Francisco Day #2

It was another full day.  While Dave was in meetings this morning, the kids and I braved the city bus to Golden Gate Park.  Once at the park we went to the Academy of Science.  There were a lot of school groups there, but we still had a great time.  We braved the bus back to the hotel and ate lunch with Dad, Grandma Kusch, Uncle Rick & Uncle Rem.  Lilly's pizza was gigantic, but also delicious.

The roof is called the "living roof" - they've turned the roof into a garden.

After lunch we all took the trolley back to Pier 39, went on a boat tour in the harbor, and visited the Aquarium.  It was neat to go under the Golden Gate Bridge and get close to Alcatraz.

The kids and I hung out with Grandma Kusch at Pier 39, did some shopping, and got dinner. Liam, Lilly, and I laughed so hard during dinner.  We got the giggles and  couldn't stop.  I thought they might ask us to leave.

This was seriously the best thing I've eaten all vacation - Alfredo with crab meat.

Not sure what was in Lilly's fish and chips, but she was a goof ball!

Rick, Rem, and Dave went to a Giants game.

Dave rode on the outside of the trolley on the way home from the game.
