When I was a little girl growing up
I would dream of being your mommy.
I would think about
the songs we would sing,
and the games we would play,
The way I would hold you,
and comfort you, and love you.
Then one day you were here...
and I was your mommy!
It was so incredible, so remarkable, so us!
Because I realized when I was holding you
and comforting you, and loving you,
that you were the one!
You were the one... in my dreams,
when I was a little girl.
You were the one who made me dream
of being a mommy.
