God has been gracious to us and has been with us through our journey of love and life. He has carried us through some of the most difficult times and has given us joy in the midst of sorrow. He has also been loving and given us abundant blessings. Most importantly, He has provided us with faith. May we share that faith with others.

Lilly's Second Birthday!

Lilly's birthday is September 5th.  Because of the busyness of this time of year, we had to celebrate her birthday in stages.  Her first party was a watermelon themed party in Michigan.  Her second party was a flower party at our house.  We ate 'summertime' food at the party in Michigan and I made Chinese food for the one at our house.  Lilly was so excited to have fried rice again!

Liam helped make the desserts.

Both kids got to open a gift, which made Liam very happy.



Liam was very entertaining at the dinner table.

Lilly is not a huge fan of cake yet.  She doesn't like getting messy.

Verona, on the other hand, LOVES cake.

We bought this outfit for Lilly's 2 year pictures.  She loves wearing tutus and dancing around.





Liam was excited about Lilly's gifts too.
